- Take Pine Point Road (Rte 9) to US Route 1 at Dunstan Corner. (3 mi)
- Turn right onto US Route 1, go 2.9 miles to Black Point Road (Rte 207) at Oak Hill.
- Turn right onto Black Point Road (Rte 207).
- Proceed 1.2 miles to St. Max.
- Turn left into the parking lot after the railroad bridge.
From Portland:
- Take US Route 1 south to Black Point Road (Rte 207) at Oak Hill.
- Turn left onto Black Point Road (Rte 207).
- Proceed 1.2 miles to St. Max.
- Turn left into the parking lot after the railroad bridge.
From Maine Turnpike:
- Exit Maine Turnpike at Exit 6, Scarborough.
- After passing through the toll booth, proceed straight on Haigis Parkway for 1.5 miles to US Route 1.
- Turn left onto US Route 1 and go north 1.3 miles to Black Point Road (Rte 207) at Oak Hill.
- Turn right onto Black Point Road (Rte 207).
- Proceed 1.2 miles to St. Max.
- Turn left into the parking lot after the railroad bridge.

Directions to Reception from St. Max

Pine Point, ME
- Take Black Point Road (Rte 207) 1.2 miles to US Route 1 at Oak Hill.
- Turn left onto US Route 1 and go 2.9 miles to Pine Point Road (Rte 9) at Dunstan Corner.
- Turn left onto Pine Point Road (Rte 9) and proceed 3 miles towards the ocean.
- After the Clambake Restaurant (on the left), proceed through the intersectiand continue straight towards the water. (DO NOT turn right towards Old Orchard Beach!)
- Turn left at the curve in the road before the Lighthouse Inn.
- The Delahanty Family Beach House is the grey house on the right (with the big tent in the yard).
- Ask someone where to park.
